C.U.P.S Cooler Ultimate Party Sensation (June 2nd – 3rd)
A cooler fete in June? Yep that’s right. This event guarantees its patrons a fun, creative event in a scenic and undoubtedly safe environment. Tickets cost TT$180 male and TT$160 female.
What’s a ‘Cooler Fete’? The ‘Patios’ meaning is ‘to feast’, celebrate or ‘live it up’. It’s a super-sized party that must include loud music, good food, alcohol, and dancing until wee hours of the morning. Oh and you bring your own super sized cooler full of drinks!

14th International Conference on Penal Abolition (June 13th – 15th)
The Institute of International Relations in collaboration with the Institute of Criminal Justice and Security and the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of the West Indies, is delighted to be hosting the 14th International Conference on Penal Abolition.
The conference is taking place at St Augustine Campus in Trinidad. The organisers are looking forward to welcoming delegates from Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean region and from further afield.

Labour Day (June 19th)
This anniversary commemorates the day of Butler Oilfield Riots which took place in 1937. Prior to this time there were ongoing tensions between workers and employers in many sectors of society. Although some Trinbagonians actively take part in small local celebrations, many simply take the day as an extra day for recreational and leisure activities.
Tobago Culinary Festival (June 24th)
Held at Pigeon Point Heritage Park, this is Tobago’s premier culinary event. The festival features a Kitchen Showdown; Battle of the Chefs competitions; and a Cocktail Wars competition. The Tobago Culinary Festival also showcases the culinary skills of local chefs, cooks and caterers and features cooking demonstrations and live entertainment.
